Prim & Proper Pet Salon

Prim & Proper Pet Salon was founded in 2025 by Rebekah Colson. Rebekah always had an extreme love for all animals and first realized she wanted to become a dog groomer while she was working at Debbie’s Doghouse and Pet Palace under Debbie and Earl Richbart. Rebekah was trained by Debbie Richbart who has been a professional groomer for over 40 years. Once she began working in the grooming salon, she quickly fell in love with the whole grooming experience!

Rebekah’s goal is to give all dogs the most pleasant and relaxing grooming experience. We all know how our fur babies can get a little nervous when they go to the groomers, but here at Prim & Proper Pet Salon we pride ourselves in creating a home-like environment that will make your puppies feel right at home. Instead of a cold, traditional, metal grooming tub, we are equipped with a luxury jacuzzi similar to what you would see in your own house. Every dog is hand washed, blow dried, and brushed by our employees, who are as crazy about dogs as Rebekah is, and every dog is groomed by her to the specifications you want! Most importantly, we offer unconditional love and care for your doggies. Each one of our clients are treated as if they were our own, and we always look forward to seeing them!
